Delete your ProFixer account
This page explains how to request deletion of your ProFixer customer account and personal data from the ProFixer.in website and the ProFixer Android app (Google Play package in.profixer.app). It is the official account-deletion URL for our Google Play store listing.

How to request account deletion
Choose any method below. We verify your identity before processing. Deletion is scheduled after a 30-day cooling-off period so you can cancel accidental requests.

On the ProFixer website (recommended)
- Sign in at profixer.in/login
- Open Dashboard → Profile → Delete account, or scroll to Request deletion on this page
- Confirm you understand what will be deleted
- Submit your deletion request — you will receive a scheduled deletion date

In the ProFixer Android app
- Open the ProFixer app on your Android device
- Go to Profile or Account settings
- Tap Delete account — this opens this page in your browser
- Sign in if prompted, then submit your deletion request on this page

By email (if you cannot sign in)
Email support@profixer.in from the address or phone registered on your account. Include your full name and registered mobile number. We respond within 7 business days and may ask for identity verification.
What happens after you request deletion
Identity verified
We confirm the request belongs to the account holder (signed-in session or email verification).
30-day grace period
Your account stays active until the scheduled date. You may cancel the request any time before then.
Account anonymized
Personal identifiers are removed or anonymized. Legally required records are retained as described below.
Data that is deleted vs. retained
When your deletion request is processed, ProFixer anonymizes your account (per our backend data-management policy). The following tables describe what is removed and what we may keep under applicable law.

After anonymization you will lose access to booking history in the app, active wallet balance handling may require support contact, and open disputes must be resolved before deletion where required by law.
