Partner Payout Policy
How ProFixer calculates, schedules, and processes partner payouts.

This Partner Payout Policy explains when and how ProFixer.in pays service partners for completed jobs. It forms part of your Partner Terms of Service.
1. Payout cycle
Eligible earnings from completed and verified jobs are typically processed on a weekly payout cycle (Monday–Sunday aggregation, bank transfer within a few business days after the cycle closes). Exact dates appear in the partner app wallet.
Public holidays or bank maintenance may delay transfers—we will notify you when possible.
2. What counts as eligible earnings
- Jobs marked completed in the app with no open quality dispute;
- Approved add-on charges agreed through platform process;
- Incentives or bonuses explicitly shown in the app.
3. Deductions and adjustments
We may deduct or withhold amounts for:
- Platform service fee or commission (disclosed before job acceptance);
- Payment gateway or collection charges where applicable;
- Customer refunds or chargebacks validated after investigation;
- Penalties under the Cancellation Policy (e.g. partner no-show);
- GST/TDS or other withholdings required by law.
4. Bank account and KYC
Payouts are sent only to a bank account or UPI ID verified in your name. Mismatch between KYC name and account name may block payouts until corrected.
5. Disputes and holds
We may temporarily hold payouts related to jobs under quality investigation, suspected fraud, or chargeback review. We will communicate status via app or SMS.
6. Taxes
Partners are independent contractors responsible for income tax, GST registration (if turnover thresholds apply), and filing returns. ProFixer may issue tax certificates or deduct TDS as required by law.
7. Errors
Report payout discrepancies within 15 days of statement date via partner support with job IDs. We will investigate and correct verified errors in the next cycle.
